About Us

In October 2005 Capital Public Sector was set up as a recruitment agency to supply specialist Public Sector staff UK Wide. The Company was set up by Matt Keep who has over 7 years experience recruiting in various areas of the public sector.

Today we are supplying staff UK wide to Local Authorities within Revenues & Benefits, Housing, Parking and Environmental.

What Makes us different from other agencies?

We have a company policy not to be pushy. From feedback from managers we have found that a lot of agencies out there in the market are too pushy, which is a major dislike.

We have an excellent customer service approach and really value our clients and candidates, for with out you we would not be. We aim to build long lasting relationships with our clients and candidates.

Our fees are probably the most competitive in the market place, with our standard margin being 12%.

Negotiation is the key to securing a candidate at the right rate. Not only are our actual fees competitive but as is our ability to agree competitive rates with candidates.

Our quality control of candidates is carried out 100% of the time. Our policy is to have at least 2 years recent references and have checked that the candidate has relevant ID to prove that they have the right work in the UK before they can start any assignments for us. We have high standards so only look to work with candidates that recieve very good or excellent feedback on their references.
